January Deposit Campaign – Terms and Conditions

The January Deposit Campaign (“Campaign”) is organised by Coinmerce B.V. (“Company”) and is subject to the following terms and conditions.

Campaign Description

The Campaign rewards eligible users with a €10 crypto rebate when they deposit at least €50 during the Campaign period.

Campaign Period

The Campaign runs from January 1st, 2026 at 00:00 until January 4th, 2026 at 23:59 (CET).

Eligibility

• The Campaign is open to residents or nationals of countries where Coinmerce offers its services.

• Participants must have a verified Coinmerce account (including completed ID and bank verification) during the Campaign period.

Participation Requirements

To qualify for the €10 rebate, participants must:

• Deposit a minimum of €50 into their Coinmerce account during the Campaign period, either via:
  
  

  • a fiat deposit, or

  • a crypto deposit with a total value of at least €50 at the time of deposit;
    
    

• Or perform a direct buy with a total value of at least €50 during the Campaign period;

• Have successfully completed all required verification steps, including identity, bank, and where applicable, wallet verification;

• Have no active customer screening at the time of reward allocation.

Crypto Deposits & Wallet Verification 

For crypto deposits, the following conditions apply:

• If the deposit originates from an unverified external wallet, the wallet must first be successfully verified in accordance with Coinmerce’s compliance procedures.
  
  

• The deposit will only be considered valid once the wallet verification has been completed and approved.
  
  

If a crypto deposit is made before the end of the Campaign period, but wallet verification is completed after the Campaign has ended, the participant will still be eligible for the reward, provided that:

• the deposit was initiated within the Campaign period; and

• the verification is successfully completed afterwards.

Reward Distribution

• The €10 rebate will be distributed within 7 days after the end of the Campaign period.
  
  

• The reward will be credited to the participant’s Coinmerce account once all verification and screening processes have been completed.
  
  

• If customer screening is still ongoing at the end of the Campaign, the reward will be credited once the screening process has been successfully completed.
  
  

Reward Format and Restrictions

• The €10 rebate will be issued in crypto assets, as determined by Coinmerce.
  
  

• The reward may not be converted, withdrawn, or otherwise used with the sole intent of transferring it directly to a bank account.
  
  

Bonus Asset Handling

• Bonus assets issued as part of this Campaign will not be dusted, liquidated, or sold upon user request.
  
  

• Assets on the Coinmerce platform can only be sold or swapped once the value of the relevant asset reaches at least €10, in accordance with platform trading thresholds.
  
  

General Conditions

• Each eligible user may participate once during the Campaign period, unless otherwise specified.
  
  

• Coinmerce reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Campaign or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
  
  

• Coinmerce may withhold, revoke, or adjust rewards in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, misuse of the Campaign, or violation of applicable laws or platform rules.
  
  

Legal & Compliance

• By participating in the Campaign, individuals agree to abide by these terms and conditions and the decisions of Coinmerce, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to the Campaign.
  
  

• The Campaign is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
  
  

• Coinmerce’s general Terms & Conditions apply in addition to these Campaign terms.
  
  

Interpretation Clause

Coinmerce reserves the exclusive right to the final interpretation of this promotion and its terms. In the event of ambiguity, conflict, or uncertainty, Coinmerce’s determination shall prevail.

Privacy

By participating in the Campaign, individuals consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal data in accordance with Coinmerce’s Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands.
